Growing up in Guardiagrele, Italy, in the Abruzzi region, I was taught that one needs to have a desire to cook in order to prepare the most flavorful of meals. I savor every moment preparing a meal. Where I was born, we believe the love that goes into preparing food for family & friends transforms mere ingredients into something special.
